"THE GRAVEYARD CHRONICLES!": INTRODUCTION TO "THE GRAVEYARD CHRONICLES!"

Hello Dear Readers,

I would best describe myself as an unemployed wannabe writer, who works full time as a lazy git, but I have been known to take odd bits of work to pass the time, though I don't like to make a habit of it!

I had known Tom since our School days, I first met him whilst he was getting a good kicking from the School bully - a big fat fellow with a really bad attitude to everything, especially Tom apparently. He became a Conservative MP and a Lay Minister for the Anglian Church - the bully that is, not Tom!

Tom's hero was 'Wylie E. Coyote, which says a lot about a man's character, when his hero is a cartoon character who always fails - but just keeps trying!

I shared my bag of mint humbugs with Tom as he tried to push his teeth back and we became good friends for life.........and beyond!

I was quite surprised that he had died and not told me.

He had been missing for years and everyone wondered where he was, then my old Commodore 64 we use to play with, flickered into life and Tom was back - I was even more surprised since the bloody thing had not worked for years and wasn't even plugged in......

Tom has been sending messages from the other side of life - death!

Tom has asked me to pass on the stories of his adventures (or misadventures!) via this blog and I will post them as soon as possible. I have added some images from the wonderful "WWW" that I feel will go well with his messages, and have included some 'Character Look-A-Like' pictures.

Where I feel necessary, I have also included a note from myself to help explain parts of the message or make a comment on what Tom has said.

Tom has added notes to his narrative upon occassion and both his and mine are clearly shown.

One last thing, Tom was always noted for his 'colourful' language - you have been warned!

The old Commodore 64 is apparently connected to the 'Deadnet' and Tom's on line.......

"I found the old Commodore 64 computer, complete with keyboard, dumped in a empty crypt, there were various other items scattered about the place, including a smashed vase, small silver & gold trinkets, some coins and the remains of a ‘blow-up doll’ called ‘Anal Annie’ and a box of sex aids – proceeds of a burglary from some perverts house, I assume.

The old computer was connected to the ‘deadnet’ and I was surprised to find that it picked up the wonderful ‘WWW’ of the living! I signed up with AOL, no, not that AOL, but ‘Afterlife On Line’ and opened an account.

My first connection was with a mad African witch doctor, who cast Voodoo spells on line and did demonic possessions half price during Halloween.

After a few attempts I finally connected with my old friend’s Commodore 64! "
